How good do we have it

A while back, Scott Sumner wrote one of my favorite posts ever.  In it, he compares Singapore, Switzerland, and Denmark and points at the brilliances each area brings.  Now Greg Mankiw posts about some data that is relevant to recent discussions on the econoblogs.  I'd like to include other data in the discussion, but it's not solid enough.

Country GDP/Capita
PPP adjusted
Median Income
(Household)
USA ~$47K ~$50K
Switzerland ~$42K $60K
United Kingdom ~$36K ~$39K
Singapore ~$50K ~$30K
Germany $35.5K ??
Denmark $37K ???

Thought it might be interesting.
