Paleo Group

I've set up a google group.  Either email me at the email for this blog, or request to join monkeybrains-paleo-diet@googlegroups.com.  I started paleoing today.

After a few moments of confusion - I realized that you need to send the email to monkeybrains-paleo-diet+subscribe@googlegroups.com

Without the +subscribe, it doesn't work. I assume you made the group private, because it didn't show up when I searched google groups.

Actually, now a googlegroups search for monkeybrains should do it.
