Does that mean we can get the formalists and reactionaries behind polycentric law?

Remember when Shakespare wrote "first thing we do; let's kill all the lawyers" it had to be taken in context of the time. One of the most important functions of a lawyer (at the time) was to tell you which court to file our claim in.
There were I believe, at least three sepparate judicial systems in play at the time, and you needed to know which ones applied and to whom.
