  • Stagnation via over-regulation
  • Stagnation via rent-seeking
  • Transaction costs minimization
  • The knowledge problem
• Protecting the weak from the strong
  • Citizens from government actors
  • Poor from rich/connected.
  • Victims from predators, foreign or domestic.
  • Foreign victims from our predatory government

How do you protect the weak from the strong, who are mostly government actors, maximize economic growth, and preserve maximum autonomy for all ? As AMcGuinn says...it's a hard problem.
