The harder ones:
- I don't know
- With probability near X
- I do not wish to answer
And the hardest one:
- Your question is broken
The first two collapse to #4 pretty easily...and #3 also collapses to #4 after more work.
IF you are asked a (binary) question, then, there are three good answers:
- Decline to answer
- I have an X% certainty that the probabilty of True is within Y% of Z%.
- Alternately, Z% estimate, with stdv of Y%.
- Your question is broken
Never forget that the question may be at fault.

Yes/no questions are almost always broken.
The guys at work joke that I can never answer a question with a simple yes/no, but only with an entire paragraph.
