I'm very upset.
My exercise induced headache has not fully faded, and so I'm having a hard time continuing to get massive improvements.
Today, I started...did 1 minute of pulldown @ 240 before my headache bloomed. I was going to hit 1:30, at least...maybe 1:45. Given that I weigh between 207.5 and 210...I'm pretty pleased with the ability to do 240 for 2 minutes. But EIH, and I'm not doing anything else.
I'm taking a break for between 10 and 17 days before exercising again. Hopefully the headache will be completely gone by then...my cranial capillaries will be back in shape, and I'll go back to my thermic pumpup ways.
