Can someone without a gun sue the New York Journal for reckless endangerment of them because they don't have a gun?

Meh. said...: 1)I wonder if people with obvious signs of gun ownership suffer fewer break-ins?

2)Criminals who went to the trouble of checking the list for the weaponless would have to trust the gov generated list.
